Stream Healthcare is recruiting Social Workers and Case Managers across Queensland, Northern Territory and South Australia. We are seeking qualified professionals with experience across the sector who are passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of individuals and families.
You'll be working with supportive organisations across service areas including:
* Family & Domestic Violence (FDV)
* Housing & Homelessness
* Child and Family Services
* Acute Services
* Adult Mental Health
* Child and Youth Mental Health
* Hospital Settings
* Community Services
* Out-of-Home Care
* Justice Services
* NDIS
* and more
Remuneration
$70,000 – $130,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* Superannuation
* Salary Packaging
Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services or related field
* Experience in one or more of the listed service areas
* Ability to obtain:
o National Police Clearance
o Working with Children Check (state relevant)
o Driver's Licence
