About the role
Pippi's Cronulla, a renowned beachside pizzeria in Cronulla NSW 2230, is seeking a passionate Pizza Chef to join our vibrant team. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to delight our customers.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards
* Operating electric pizza ovens and equipment to cook pizzas to perfection
* Ensuring a clean and organised work station to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
* Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service and a memorable dining experience
* Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
* Strong knowledge of pizza making techniques and the ability to create innovative pizza recipes
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for using high-quality, fresh ingredients and a commitment to food safety
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
