What You'll Be Doing
The Registered Nurse uses best practice evidence to deliver person-centered nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team. Provides supervision and support for less experienced clinicians to achieve people-focused quality care.
Selection Criteria
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Competence and knowledge in nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective clinical communication through information technology, written and verbal means, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualized person-centered care with a commitment to quality improvement.
- Ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care; willingness to lead and adapt in care coordination and delivery.
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, with ongoing professional development and maintained competence.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload and deliver care with integrity and accountability.
