Lab3 is one of the largest Azure engineering practices in the Australasia region, focusing on Cloud & DevOps, Data, IoT & AI, Modern Workplace, Up-to-date Apps & Integration, Security, and Network services.
This is a call for expressions of interest for an anticipated requirement for a Principal Consultant with NV1 AGSVA security clearance, skilled in modern workplace management, including AVD, Intune, PowerApps, Purview, Teams & DSC, and as much of the 365 suite as possible.
We will consider candidates open to contracts or permanent employment.
The role:
- Lead technical client engagements, drive high-level design, consult, undertake maturity assessments, and deliver for our Modern Workplace practice. These will address clients’ requirements for scalability, reliability, security, operations, and performance.
- Utilize technology skills in a cloud-based Modern Workplace environment, with migration and on-premises skills being advantageous, along with strong consulting abilities.
- Deliver professional services leveraging solutions in the Modern Workplace space, including AVD, Intune, PowerApps, Purview, Teams & DSC, and as much of the 365 suite as possible.
- Provide consulting services across facets like SOE, Modern Management, and end-to-end IT governance/security reviews.
- Evaluate emerging Modern Workplace technologies, develop, and evolve go-to-market professional services to ensure clients capitalize on the latest advancements.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions for Azure Virtual Desktop engagements.
- Create Configuration as Code libraries for M365 tenant standardization, including Intune, SOE, and deployment configurations.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architecture team to develop new products and services leveraging the latest Microsoft 365 features, providing technical governance and project sign-off.
- Present to senior business and technology leaders, conduct workshops, review architecture, and support presales with expertise.
The right candidate:
- Deep and broad understanding of Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft Intune, AVD, PowerApps, Purview, Teams & DSC, and extensive M365 knowledge.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to design and present optimal business solutions to stakeholders.
- Experience leading workshops with key stakeholders and communicating effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Experience in delivery management.
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365/MS 500/MS 101/MS 365 Mobility/AZ 900 are preferred.
- Available for immediate start or within a short timeframe.
- AGSVA security clearance at least NV1.
- Based anywhere in Australia, ideally in Canberra, but open to other locations.
