We’re partnering with a well-established Australian retail and eCommerce business that’s entering a critical transformation phase across its technology landscape. The role Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives across a live retail and eCommerce environment. The business knows this, owns it, and has made the investment to fix it. What you’ll be doing Owning end-to-end delivery of IT projects across eCommerce, POS, CRM, ERP, integrations, data, and infrastructure Translating a multi-year roadmap into structured, achievable delivery plans Managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budget trade-offs Working closely with senior stakeholders across digital, retail, finance, and operations Partnering with external vendors and delivery partners Establishing delivery rhythms, reporting, and governance where little currently exists Leading cutovers and go-lives in customer-facing, high-availability environments Supporting change management, stakeholder communication, and adoption Presenting progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and the board What we’re looking for This role will suit a senior IT Project Manager who has lived through retail or eCommerce transformation and understands the realities of delivering change in a live trading environment. You’ll likely bring: 8–12 years’ experience delivering complex IT projects Proven experience in retail and/or eCommerce environments (this is essential) Exposure to platforms such as eCommerce, POS, CRM, ERP, OMS/WMS, and integrations Strong commercial and financial acumen and comfortable working within constraints Confidence engaging with executives and challenging assumptions constructively Experience operating in environments where delivery maturity is still being built To submit your profile for consideration or for further information on this role, please click APPLY or email aaron@intrinzic.com.au Please note: Candidates must hold Australian Permanent Residency as a minimum to apply for this opportunity.
