* Manage and service a portfolio of SME and general insurance clients
* Provide friendly, clear, and solutions-oriented advice across multiple product lines
* Handle renewals, quotes, new business, endorsements, and claims support
* Maintain accurate, concise, and easy-to-understand client notes and records
* Build strong, long-term relationships with customers in the local community
* Work quickly and efficiently while meeting service standards
* Become an SME with structured training, coaching, and ongoing development
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
* 5 years of industry experience with a broker and/or insurer – backgrounds in underwriting or claims are highly valued
* Excellent attention to detail, particularly in client documentation
* A great personality – warm, genuine, and a positive contributor to team culture
* Strong customer service ethos and client-first mindset
* A bias to urgency – ability to prioritise and act quickly across varied tasks
* Strong communication, organisation, and follow-through
* Team-focused, eager to learn, and motivated to grow professionally
