Lead and support the Property Management and Sales teams Oversee daily operations, including leasing and compliance Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and talent development Drive performance through coaching, training, and structured reviews Collaborate with leadership on long-term business planning Streamline internal processes, systems, and procedures Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and business metrics Coordinate office events, supplier relationships, and external training Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in conjunction with Operations Ideal Candidate This opportunity is best suited for a confident, proactive leader with a strong background in real estate operations and a desire to play a key role in growing a business.
