**Payroll and Admin Manager**:
This unique opportunity exists to be part of the start-up of this Customer Fulfillment Centre (CFC) in Lidcombe and build the operational, commercial, and team member foundations of this site.
The Payroll and Admin Manager exists to ensure workforce plans meet operational requirements and to support the Assistant Customer Fulfillment Managers to drive improved workforce outcomes including labour efficiency and productivity.
This role will report to the Customer Fulfillment Centre Manager.

As the Payroll and Admin Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Collaborate with the Assistant Customer Fulfillment Managers to ensure workforce plans achieve business goals/targets
- Manage payroll and rostering process across the site
- Provide timely advice and insights to the Assistant Customer Fulfillment Managers and Customer Fulfillment Manager on labour performance and rostering
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including maintaining labour levels, organising interviews, and onboarding
- Oversee the team shop processes and support the Assistant Customer Fulfillment Managers with out of code routines
- Manage and support the teams with ordering and maintaining expenses

**When you will be needed**:
This is a full-time, salaried position requiring flexible availability to work as per business needs, including early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts.
