* Supporting the identification, assessment and documentation of risks and controls within the GRC system, including incidents, control self‐assessments and action tracking.
* Facilitating root cause analysis of incidents and issues, identifying control weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
* Conducting control design and effectiveness testing as part of the control review program and following up on remediation actions.
* Supporting the implementation of the Fund's Risk Management Framework, including risk appetite assessments and key risk indicators.
* Developing clear risk reporting and dashboards for senior management, governance forums and committees.
* Engaging with internal and external auditors and supporting the timely remediation of audit findings.
What You'll Need
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance or a related discipline, with industry qualifications or accreditations considered beneficial.
* Experience in operational risk, internal or external audit, or risk and control roles within a large financial services organisation.
* Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and first, second or third line risk practices.
* Exposure to risk and control identification, testing methodologies and incident management.
* Highly developed analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
