Stock Coordinator Role
We are seeking a Stock Coordinator to join our team in Ballarat or Stawell Campus. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods across the hospital.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Receiving, storing, and delivering hospital stock
2. Maintaining stock accuracy and quality
3. Supporting ward and department supply needs
4. Monitoring expiry dates and rotating stock
5. Operating vehicles and forklifts for deliveries
As a Stock Coordinator, you will also be required to perform tasks such as:
1. Processing incoming goods and verifying against orders
2. Organizing and rotating stock to reduce waste
3. Replenishing and delivering ward consumables
4. Performing rolling, random, and critical stock counts
5. Safely handling and storing flammable liquids
Our ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, a forklift license, and valid VIC driver's license. They will also be physically fit for manual tasks and lifting.
Experience with inventory software (Epicor) is an advantage. Knowledge of medical supplies is also beneficial.
