Your New Role:
In your role as the Workforce Administrator, you will work with a small, friendly and supportive team, with a primary focus on supporting stores in payroll and workforce coordination. Your duties will include:
Your Main Duties:
* First point of contact for stores regarding payroll and work schedule enquiries.
* Managing payroll reporting to ensure accurate and timely payments.
* Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to solve timesheet discrepancies.
* Assist in creating and auditing staff schedules.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and policies.

About You:
* Experience in a similar payroll administration position.
* Australian Citizenship / Permanent Resident status needed.
* Intermediate Excel and MS Office.
* Detail orientated.
