Lead a large residential aged care facility in Darra where your focus will be commercial performance, workforce stability, and cultural improvement. This role is not clinically focused. It suits an experienced operational leader who can manage teams, improve workforce efficiency, and build a strong, engaged workplace culture.
What you'll do
* Lead day-to-day operations of a large aged care facility
* Drive financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
* Improve workforce planning and reduce agency dependency
* Build strong leadership presence and team engagement
* Manage performance and support cultural change
* Work alongside clinical leaders in a governance framework
* Ensure compliance with aged care and WHS standards
What we're looking for
* Strong commercial and operational leadership experience
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance
* Experience improving workforce efficiency and staffing stability
* Hands‐on leadership style with strong visibility on site
* Confident communicator who can influence and engage teams
Clinical background is not required.
