About the Role
This role is ideal for experienced retail professionals seeking a unique opportunity to develop their skills while contributing to community development. You will work closely with local team members to implement effective store management strategies and promote ALPA's nutrition policy.
 * Manage daily store operations, including stock control, staff supervision, and sales performance analysis.
 * Provide training and mentorship to local staff, enhancing their skills and confidence.
 * Implement and maintain ALPA's nutrition policy, promoting healthy food options and supporting community well-being.
 * Collaborate with merchandising, nutrition teams, and community stakeholders to ensure aligned goals and objectives.
What You'll Bring
 * Proven experience in retail systems, including POS, stock control, and staff management.
 * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse cultures and languages.
 * Ability to adapt to remote challenges, such as limited resources, supply chain issues, and cultural sensitivities.
