Dry Eye Solution operates 8 specialised Dry Eye clinics across Australia, and we are looking for a capable, very organised, people-focused Practice Manager / Clinic Support to join our team. This role provides essential support to our clinicians, patients, and referral partners.

We do not dispense glasses or contact lenses - this role supports a pure Dry Eye clinical service - specialised care only.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Part-time with flexible hours.
Remote OR based in Double Bay, Chatswood, or Erina.
You will help keep our clinics running smoothly, supporting clinicians and ensuring patients receive an exceptional seamless, professional, compassionate experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Liaise with internal optometry and ophthalmology teams
* Liaise with external referrers - ophthalmologists, optometrists, GPs, and other health professionals
* Follow up customised prescription orders
* Manage patient communication and inboxes
* Provide administrative support to the clinical team
* Stock ordering and inventory management
* Manage dashboards and clinic performance metrics
* Assist with social media scheduling and updates
* Coordinate onboarding for new clinicians
* Manage ongoing training, including the Dry Eye Academy
* Organise training nights, GP/Optom evenings, and education events
* Coordinate logistics across multiple clinic locations
* Support general clinic administration
* Medicare claiming
* Billing
* Scheduling and workflow management
* Manage phone systems with professionalism and warmth
Extensive training is provided in Sydney or on the Central Coast.
