Executive Assistant / Senior PA – Residential Construction & Building
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Senior Personal Assistant with a background in the residential construction or building industry to support the Director of a growing Perth-based advisory firm.
This is a senior EA role, not a traditional admin position.
You will act as a true extension of the Director, managing communication, priorities and stakeholder relationships across builders, councils, consultants, clients and internal staff.
If you have worked in residential building, drafting, architectural design, site supervision or construction coordination — and want to move into a high-trust, influential role — this position is designed for you.
