Job Description:
* Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies in collaboration with the sales team to drive long-term growth initiatives and achieve short-term executional targets.
* Collaborate with channel partners to design and implement compelling commercial offers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Deliver technical insights to customers, clearly articulating the value proposition of Nufarm's products versus competitor solutions.
* Lead and develop the performance of regional teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Promote Nufarm's differentiated portfolio through industry events and collaborate with Field Development Officers to define customer value propositions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in commercial or technical Agronomy roles, preferably within the agricultural industry.
* Strong business acumen, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Technical expertise and passion for the Agricultural industry, with a deep understanding of crop segments in this region.
* Able to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize delivery through negotiation.
