The Role: Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for and assist in the processing of customer orders whilst maintaining effective communication with major customers, dealers and internal departments. Duties include, but are not limited to: Maintaining accounts for dealers and reporting on relevant customer and market changes Providing a high level of responsiveness to client requirements Ensuring nominated sales and retention targets are achieved and budgets are maintained Working closely with the Head of Sales and the Director to implement marketing and sales strategies Processing sales orders and monitoring order status Arranging and coordinating import shipments with freight forwarders Process credit notes and invoicing Maintaining accurate and organised records Preparing weekly sales reports on order processing and communicating results to the sales team Adhoc duties are required by management The Candidate: You are customer and sales focused, patient and empathetic, possess a positive 'can-do' attitude and strong attention to detail. The ability to build rapport and manage relationships and expectations with professionals, families and end users is a must.
