About your new role
Manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures.
Provide leadership and guidance to all staff.
Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of Educators.
Manage staffing rosters efficiently.
Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children and the local business community.
A little about you
* A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
* Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
* Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
