The Role:
We are seeking Trade Qualified Carpenters with experience across all aspects of carpentry, ideally with a background in commercial construction.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with a team of experienced Carpenters, Site Foremen, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality commercial projects throughout the Bundaberg region.
A current Construction Induction Card (White Card) is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively within the broader project team
Read and interpret project documentation including architectural and engineering plans, specifications and schedules
Ensure compliance with Safety and QA Procedures
Maintain effective and respectful communication with Site Foreman, Project Manager and Construction Manager
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in the industry
Strong knowledge of Local Building Codes, Regulations and Standards
Willingness to work on multiple building sites and collaborate with a variety of construction teams
Ability to proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges in collaboration with Site Forman and Project Manager
