Contact Centre Test Analyst
Location: Macqarie Park
Contract Term: Initial 6‑12 months
Citizenship: Australian Citizens only (due to security clearance requirements)
Our client is looking for a Senior Test Analyst with contact centre experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Creation of Test Documentation such as Test Plan and Test Completion Report
* Development of test cases
* Execution of test scripts
* Documentation of test results
Essential Skills and Experience
* At least 5 years' experience in a Test Analyst role
* Experience with Contact Centre Cloud Platforms, preferably Nice CXOne or Genesys
* ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst or equivalent certification
* Test methodologies: CD/CI (Dev Ops), Agile, Iterative, Scrum
* Proficient in HPALM application, both execution and defect management
* Effective communication skills and the ability to develop working relationships with staff and managers at all levels
