Senior Administration Officer/Strata Manager
We are a Real Estate Company who are a specialist provider of strata management. We have over 25 years' experience.
About the role
We have a unique opportunity for a strata Administrative officer. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative officer to commence as soon as possible in our Como office. This position would ideally suit an experienced administrator with a background in fast paced and diverse rolls.
Strata management and Property management experience would be helpful but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaising with strata companies' owners and committees
* Compiling and producing reports
* Organising budgets and financials
* Preparing agendas and attending meetings and issuing minutes
* Working closely with senior management

* Experience in a fast‐paced administrative environment
* Highly driven and results orientated
* Ability to balance competing demands
* Advanced computing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Immaculate presentation
* Exceptional English common skills, written and spoken
