This pivotal role provides the front line of our IVF unit and has the responsibility of guiding our patients through administrative and financial aspects of treatment.
We are seeking an individual with outstanding customer service skills to join the team at QFG Sunshine Coast.
Role Responsibilities
 * Provide support and assistance for patients
 * Answer high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
 * Coordinate patient bookings and appointments
 * Update and manage patient information database
 * Conduct individualised patient quotations and billing
Skills and Experience
 * Previous customer service preferably in a medical setting
 * Impeccable communication skills (verbal and written) and a courteous phone manner
 * Office administration and/or accounts receivable
 * Sound working knowledge of database systems
 * Understanding of patient confidentiality
 * The ability to build rapport with patients
 * Empathetic and supportive nature
 * Knowledge of IVF services (desirable but not essential)
