Key Responsibilities
* Technical Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnosis: Use PLCs, HMIs, schematics, and OEM manuals to diagnose complex faults. You will be the subject matter expert for troubleshooting PLC-based control systems and VFD drives.
* Maintenance Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Analyze downtime and KPIs while maintaining accurate CMMS-based asset records to improve equipment reliability.
* Leadership & Workforce Planning: Lead maintenance teams (including running repair teams) for RTG (Rubber Tyred Gantry) maintenance. Manage task allocation, team development, and emergency response coordination.
* Safety & Compliance: Promote a safety-focused culture by ensuring strict adherence to HSE, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and electrical safety protocols.
* System Commissioning & Integration: Support the commissioning and integration of hydraulic and electro-mechanical components, ensuring site engineering compliance with technical drawings.
* Financial & Resource Management: Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts forecasting, and cost-efficient execution aligned with organizational objectives.
