The Foster Care Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment, training, and screening of foster care applicants.
Main responsibilities include conducting assessments of foster carers to ensure they can meet standards of care, providing ongoing support to carers to provide safe environments for children, and developing individual care plans with key stakeholders.
