The State Learning & Development Facilitator will collaborate with the broader People & Culture team and various businesses to facilitate training programs enhancing performance and capability.
This role includes exceptional facilitation of FLG's bespoke range of training programs, delivery of learning content, and provision of feedback regarding participant competency.
About You
We seek a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, experience in customer-facing sales and/or customer service roles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
* At least 3 years' experience within a customer-facing sales and/or customer service role.
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
* Background in managing/leading projects.
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
* Natural and motivational communication skills.
* Flexibility to travel across different sites.
* High-level organisational skills.
