Restaurant Leadership Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our teams in our KFC restaurants located in Townsville.
* You will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in creating a positive work environment for all Team Members.
Key responsibilities include:
Business Objectives and Performance Improvement
* Assist the General Manager in achieving business objectives through effective planning and implementation.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall restaurant performance.
Team Leadership and Development
* Lead and motivate Team Members to achieve excellent customer service and quality standards.
* Coach and develop Team Members to enhance their skills and abilities.
Operational Excellence
* Manage inventory, labour costs, and other restaurant operations to ensure efficient and profitable business practices.
Requirements
* Demonstrable managerial skills and experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry.
* Proven ability to engage, lead, and motivate Team Members.
* Exceptional customer service skills and Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal.
* Must hold a valid driver's license and have competent computer skills.
