The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Group Property Manager to lead the strategic management of our property, fleet, facilities, and procurement functions. Reporting to the CFO, this role will shape the long-term footprint of our client ensuring their facilities, contracts, and fleet align with both operational needs and accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver a property and fleet strategy that supports our long-term organisational goals.
* Oversee outsourced facilities management services while managing a high-performing in-house team (Property, Fleet, soft service FM)
* Drive large-scale procurement initiatives, negotiations, and contracts to deliver value.
* Ensure compliance across building codes, WHS, and risk management frameworks.
* Provide insightful reports and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
About You
You are a senior property or asset management professional with proven experience leading commercial portfolios. You bring strong financial acumen, strong emotional intelligence, commercial management skills, and the ability to balance operational efficiency with accessibility. You are a natural leader who inspires teams and thrives on delivering strategic outcomes.
