We are a united, inclusive, and diverse team passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeNegotiating with Underwriters for the best terms, conditions, and competitive pricing for existing and new clients;Verifying policy documentation for accuracy according to terms and conditions;Collaborating with Account Executives to develop coverage strategies and marketing initiatives for renewals and new business;Analyzing client-specific risk exposures and coverage requirements; preparing and presenting proposals for renewals and new business;Negotiating and maintaining positive relationships with the underwriting community for client benefit;Following up with insurers to confirm contractual terms are met;Approving documentation for new contracts, policy changes, and renewals;Mentoring and coaching team members;Providing leadership and guidance to junior team members;Demonstrating and sharing best practices across lines of business.How this opportunity is differentThe successful candidate will work alongside experienced colleagues from diverse backgrounds, including account management, broking, claims advocacy, risk engineering, and specialty brokerage.
