We are looking for an experiencedSAP HR Consultant to implement and optimize SAP Human Resources solutions. The role involves designing and configuring solutions for personnel administration, payroll, talent management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the configuration and implementation of theSAP HR module, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll (PY).
2. Customize HR modules to support various business requirements, including employee lifecycle management, compensation, and benefits.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR processes with other SAP modules.
4. Provide training and support to end-users on HR functionalities.
5. Ensure the smooth operation of HR data and compliance with relevant legislation.
* In-depth knowledge ofSAP HR functionality, including PA, OM, and PY.
* Experience with HR processes such as payroll, talent management, and employee performance.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
