**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute photo shoots based on project requirements and deadlines.
- Capture images in studio and on-location settings, adjusting lighting, camera settings, and other technical aspects as necessary.
- Edit and enhance photos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Work closely with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to understand the vision and goals of each project.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
- Manage photo archives and ensure all files are properly organized and backed up.
- Assist with the creation of content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with photography trends, techniques, and new technology to improve the quality of work.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a photographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of work.
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Strong understanding of photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively with others.
- A degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
**Work Environment**:
- Full-time/Part-time (based on the role)
- Flexible schedule with the ability to travel for on-location shoots.
- Some evening or weekend work may be required for events or special projects.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
