About the role
Joining the business as the company accountant you will work closely with the financial controller and accounts assistant in all aspects of finance including accounts reconciliations, EOM and EOFY statements preparation, budget development & ongoing management, project finance management and payroll.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing accounts team as this is a newly created position.
This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary.
Your Skills and Experience
* Qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with at least 5 years of experience.
* Your experience has been gained from the local Australian market.
* Your experience has covered preparation of financial statements in a commercial environment and you have been exposed to budget and cash flow management.
* Your communication skills are excellent and you can explain complex financial matters to non-technical colleagues and stakeholders.
* You never miss a deadline and take pride in the outputs you produce.
