About the role
Manage a portfolio across the metro north and western suburbs. You will have full autonomy over your folio (excluding trust accounting) while being supported with corporate resources, systems, and ongoing training.
Duties
• Manage end-to-end property management tasks
• Conduct appraisals and sign new managements
• Handle leasing, inspections, and tenancy agreements
• Oversee arrears, maintenance, and insurance claims
• Represent landlords at tribunal when required
Skills & experience
• Current SA Property Manager Registration
• Solid knowledge of residential legislation
• Confident with PropertyMe & inspection software
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
• Current SA driver's licence
