What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and support the day‐to‐day operations of the Parts Department
* Coach, develop, and lead a high‐performing parts team
* Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships to maximise availability and efficiency
* Drive strong customer outcomes through service excellence and problem solving
* Manage the financial performance of the Parts Department, including margins and costs
* Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the department
What We're Looking For
* Has proven experience in parts operations, ideally within the agricultural, automotive, or equipment industry
* Brings strong leadership capability with a hands‐on, team‐first approach
* Has sound commercial and inventory management skills
* Is customer focused, solutions driven, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment
* Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Has experience working with parts or ERP systems (or the ability to learn quickly)
This role may require specific certifications or licences, which will be requested later in the recruitment process.
