Job Title: Grants Program Support Officer – Remote Communities | Baseline
Support the operational delivery of a high-impact grants program expanding early childhood education access for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children and families. You'll help manage grant agreements, track reporting and deliverables, and build strong relationships with service providers and community stakeholders across rural, remote and very remote locations.
Location: ACT / SA
Contract Duration: 6 months (possible 6-month extension option)
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline Clearance
Closing Date: 10:00am Friday 27 February 2026
Essential Tasks:
* Support the management of grant agreements across the program lifecycle
* Review reporting and deliverables (including financial reporting) and assist with assessments
* Engage with grant recipients to help meet grant obligations and improve access/inclusion
* Communicate with stakeholders including community groups, service providers and peak bodies
Key Criteria:
* Experience in program/grants administration and sound judgement in providing advice
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples
* Clear written and verbal communication with cultural sensitivity and professionalism
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organisation skills
