The Coachman Hotel Motel Parkes NSW are looking for a hands on full time HotelManager to lead our team.
Key responsibilities will include;
Overseeing the daily operations of the Hotel with a strong focus on exceptional customer service
Collaborate promotions, events and community engagement
Ensuring compliance across licensing, WHS and company policies
Manage, train and supervise staff
Stock Management and cost control
Must have the following;
Current NSW RSA and RCG or ARCG
Diploma (or above) in Hospitality
At least 2 years experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
