Key Responsibilities
1. Operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal into specific shapes, selecting appropriate tooling based on material types and thickness.
2. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine correct and accurate production components.
3. Inspect finished parts to ensure that dimensional tolerances and quality standards are met.
4. Perform regular maintenance on press brake machines and tools, conducting preventive maintenance.
5. Execute precision machining tasks, such as drilling, grooving, cutting, turning, facing, and thread chasing.
6. Load and unload material onto the press brake machine, ensuring proper alignment.
7. Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations.
8. Ensure machines operate at full capacity, optimizing production output while maintaining quality standards.
9. Work effectively within a team, communicating to ensure smooth production workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED; trade qualifications in machining are highly desirable.
* At least 2 years of experience as a CNC machine operator, metal fabrication, machining, or a related field.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
* Strong understanding of CNC machine operation is highly desirable.
* Meticulous and detail-oriented with good physical condition to handle materials and operate machinery.
* Experience with manual lathe machining; familiarity with other CNC machinery is highly desirable.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work individually and within a team.
