About the role
In this role, you will manage logistics, travel, and administration for heritage fieldwork, including booking medicals, organising onboarding, and coordinating with stakeholders. You will report to the Heritage Services Implementation Coordinator and work closely with field representatives.
Skills & experience
- Experienced in travel, logistics, scheduling, and admin support.
- Skilled in documentation and liaising with stakeholders, including Traditional Owners and service providers.
- Able to manage logistical challenges and resolve issues in dynamic settings.
- Knowledgeable of workplace health and safety standards and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a current driver's licence and National Police Check.
