Task & Responsibilities
Conduct soil analysis and oversee paddock preparation
Manage planting and crop establishment
Operate and maintain irrigation systems
Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures
Assist in harvest planning and execution
Maintain farm machinery and equipment
Keep accurate farm records and ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualification & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of sugarcane farming practices
Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery
