Full Time Bar Supervisor

The Prince of Wales Hotel is looking for an experienced and motivated Full Time Bar Supervisor to join our team.
Located in the heart of Battery Point, we are a busy local pub known for great service, quality food, live entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere for both locals and visitors.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, leads by example, and can confidently manage a fast-paced service while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
About the Role
As Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, supporting management and leading the team during service.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising daily bar operations
* Leading and motivating staff during busy service periods
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Ensuring RSA compliance and venue standards are maintained
* Assisting with staff training and development
* Managing cash handling and end-of-day procedures
* Monitoring stock levels and venue presentation
* Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
What We're Looking For
* Previous hospitality/bar supervisory experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Current RSA certificate
* Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
