A key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support across various areas of the store. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and orders are picked efficiently.


About The Role

As a skilled multitasker, you will perform tasks such as assisting customers, managing stock levels, and maintaining store appearance. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer satisfaction and adhering to company policies and procedures.


Responsibilities

* Greet and thank customers in a friendly and courteous manner
* Follow established safety and quality control procedures
* Assist customers with their queries and locate products
* Maintain a clean and tidy store environment by restocking shelves and tidying up the store floor
* Pick and prepare online orders for collection or delivery
