In this role, you will act as a frontline troubleshooter, providing excellent sales skills and resolving issues for customers over the phone or email. You will help build positive customer relationships with Aidacare by offering an exceptional first impression, with superior administration skills and stellar customer support.
Location: Launceston TAS branch
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Previous customer service or industry experience preferred but not essential
* Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
* Ability to analyze situations and think critically to find solutions to customer issues
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure
Duties & Responsibilities
* Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently
* Stay up-to-date with our products and services to enhance customer experience
* Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing
* Foster strong and positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
* Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email, making a great first impression
