**PRIMARY DUTIES & TASKS**:
- Schedule and publish weekly social media posts across multiple platforms.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, using tools like Google Analytics, to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns.
- Develop and execute A/B testing plans to continuously improve marketing campaigns.
- Update and maintain marketing calendars to ensure all campaigns and initiatives are properly scheduled and executed.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Managing key digital assets including the website and social media pages.
- Developing creative, innovative, and engaging brand-infused content across all digital channels or outsource as necessary
- Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends and inform marketing decisions.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques and share knowledge with the team.
**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA (Required Skills, Certification and Experience)**:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content marketing and paid advertising.
- Experience in social media management and planning including content creation, copywriting, and reporting across multiple channels.
- Highly creative with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
**Full Time - 40hrs per week
