Role Description This is a part-time Sales Specialist position based in Newcastle, NSW, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for flexibility with some remote working. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, delivering training as needed to ensure client success, and contributing to overall sales strategy and management. The role combines client interaction with organizational sales planning and execution.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients.Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed sales goals effectively.Experience in delivering Training and supporting clients in understanding and utilizing products or services effectively.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Previous experience in the events or accessibility sectors is an advantage.Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to promoting inclusivity and accessibility.
