Role Overview
Join our team as a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to provide comprehensive assessments and interventions to support the developmental needs of children and families. As a key member of the multidisciplinary allied health team, you will deliver high-quality speech pathology services to achieve optimal health outcomes through a family-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assessments and interventions for children with communication disorders.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
* Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to educate them on their child's condition and treatment options.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
* Eligibility for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
* Valid NSW Drivers Licence.
* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
* Working With Children Check (WWCC).
