Customer Experience Manager
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will lead and inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, guest services, and reservations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily front desk operations
* Training, mentoring, and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service
* Streamlining operations by implementing effective policies and procedures
* Optimizing room rates and availability to maximize revenue and occupancy
* Collaborating with other departments for seamless guest experiences
* Handling financial transactions, billing, and cash management with precision
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as a Hotel Supervisor or Duty Manager/Night Auditor. Strong computer skills with experience in RMS or similar reservations systems are also required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach, are essential.
