- Solid experience in the kitchen
- Ability to meet deadlines, work to a weekly schedule, reliable, honest and hard working
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
**DEEP FRYER**
- experience in grill, deep fryer cooking and cooking seafood
**SHORT ORDER COOK**
- Preparation, handling of food, cooking meals to order and experience in cooking seafood
**HEAD CASHIER / FULL TIME + CASUAL**
- efficient cash handling and POS experience is mandatory
**WAIT STAFF**
- A passion for people and providing memorable guest experiences
**FULL TIME SUPERVISOR / MONGER**
- Have the ability to train & develop small fresh market team, expertly fillet & portion whole fish and other seafood.
**SUSHI CHEF**
- Showcase your expertise in creating delicious eye catching Sushi and Sashimi dishes
**SALES FULL TIME + CASUAL**
- Sales of fresh seafood experience preferred but not necessary
**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual
**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
