About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Admin Support, Receptionist & Chapel Attendant to join our team. If you are looking to extend you customer service experience and develop your administrative skills with team support you will enjoy the variety in your role, you will be the first interaction for enquires and welcoming visitors, customers and stakeholders. This is a full-time position located at Maranatha Cemetery Bathurst NSW.
Reporting to the GM, a day in the life of this role this role includes:
Providing assistance with administration, sales support and Chapel AV presentations
Ensure all Funeral Directors, visitors and families are appropriately welcomed and greeted.
Completing all data entry and documentation with an exceptional eye to detail, errors matter.
Monitor and respond to emails and service booking requests.
Ensure stationary and other small consumable stocks levels are maintained.
Assist with banking and the distribution of mail and packages and arrange outgoing deliveries.
To be successful in this position, you will need the following:
Computer proficient and comfortable using the Microsoft suit of applications (word, outlook, excel, PowerPoint)
2 years reception and/or administration experience.
2 years customer service-related experience.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail
Team player
Competent administrative and AV / computer skills
Sensitivity to support customers in all circumstances
