Process Analyst Project Overview: Our client in the leisure space is transitioning from its legacy on-premise Opera PMS (v5.6) to Oracle's Opera Cloud platform across 10 Club and Resort properties, including Opera Sales Catering (S C) for Conference Events.
This migration will modernize operations, reduce on-premise infrastructure, and enable industry-standard features.
Role Details Location: Melbourne, Victoria Contract: 6-Month Contingent Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office) Key Responsibilities Analyse and document current-state business processes and define future-state workflows aligned with Opera Cloud capabilities.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure process changes are implemented effectively during system configuration and migration.
Conduct impact assessments for process changes across hospitality operations and Conference Events.
Support testing activities by validating process alignment during SIT and UAT phases.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to confirm process requirements and resolve gaps.
Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support operational readiness.
Identify risks and dependencies related to process changes and escalate as needed.
Skills Experience Strong background in business process analysis and modelling (BPMN or similar).
Experience in hospitality or leisure industry systems, ideally PMS platforms.
Ability to manage stakeholder engagement and drive consensus on process changes.
Familiarity with cloud migration projects and integration considerations.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and process modelling tools (Visio, draw.io).
Agile delivery experience and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
