Job Description
The role of the Front Office Receptionist is to provide exceptional customer service and be the first point of contact for guests at a resort.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day duties associated with check-in and check-out, answer calls, and assist with requests and general enquiries.
* Manage guest enquires after 6pm via an after-hours phone, responsible for securing areas of the resort including the swimming pool and handling bookings received via email.
* Work varied shifts across a 7-day rotating roster in the afternoon/evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a reception role would be advantageous.
* Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is required.
* Knowledge of booking systems such as Opera would be beneficial.
* A high level of customer service is expected.
* Excellent administration and organisational skills are necessary.
* A keen eye for detail is essential.
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team is required.
