About the Role The successful applicant will report to the Crew Manager. For the purpose of clarity water storage tank servicing includes: TCI – Tank Clean and Inspection Ref – Tank Refurbishment RAR – Tank removal and replacement CT – Concrete tank fit-outs As the Service Site Supervisor you will: Coordinate and carry out site service work Manage site team / offsider to ensure site work is completed correctly and to a high standard Ensure all tools and equipment is tagged Arrive on site early for induction Complete service and iAuditor reports Ensure site is always left clean and tidy and no tools are left behind Attend and contribute to toolbox talks Establish and maintain communications and a professional working relationship with relevant site contacts e.g. client project managers, strata representatives, site safety supervisors Assist and Supervise of New Tank builds when required Skills and Experience Demonstrated technical competency for tank related site works The ability to coordinate and manage a site team Demonstrated experience of building relationships Demonstrated experience of plumbing, pumps and fire protection systems Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders including customers, staff and suppliers Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and to maintain high quality work output under pressure Have a current Construction Industry White Card Confined Space ticket (preferred) Working at Heights ticket (preferred) How to Apply Does this sound like you?
